Getting Ready
We met at Portinho Beach to begin our operation. First, we gave a quick lesson and then we performed an adaptation to the equipment in shallow water (where you can walk).

It's time to explore! Your instructor will lead you on the most incredible experience of your life, spending approximately 40 minutes underwater or more!

I can't swim, can I?
You don't need to be an experienced swimmer, but having at least basic swimming skills helps a lot. Our equipment has a balance vest that helps with positive buoyancy, and if necessary, it gives us complete autonomy to float with the air system inflated like a buoy.
Can I dive with goggles or contact lenses?
You can't do it because of the diving mask, but you can dive with lenses without any problems.
I'm afraid, is it too deep?
The dive can be done in the shallowest part between 2 to 3 meters, or we can go deeper up to a maximum of 8 meters, you dictate the dive profile according to your confidence, all in your own time.
Are there sharks, jellyfish, sea monsters?
There's nothing like that, lol! Don't worry, that's only in Hollywood movies.
Can pregnant women?
No pregnant woman can dive
I'm anxious, can I?
A must! Diving is an excellent remedy for anxiety; it calms your breathing, lowers your heart rate, and keeps your mind focused solely on the present—here and now—and lets go of any future expectations or intrusive thoughts! Try it, and be careful not to get addicted!
Can I dive with my partner?
Yes, if you choose Advanced Buddy Diving , the instructor can take up to two people together and you dive at the same time with your partner.
Do I have a cold, sinusitis, cough?
So wait a little, recover and come back healthy so that your underwater experience is 100% enjoyable and fun.
